In attendance: David Brodeur, Larry Corse, Gary Kaupman, Todd Fibus, David
Jones, Mike Wall, Steve Shockley, Russ Douglas, John Brock, Tom Saunders,
Andy Bain, Roger Drury, David Robinson

Guests: Linda Shockley, Bruce Strean.

The minutes were approved for last month's meeting.

Tom reviewed the Valuation Statement: Adobe split.

David B: The education meeting last month went well (SSG Online.)
Next education meeting will be on Financial Company Analysis on Thursday,
Nov. 11th, David Brodeur's house. 7:30 PM.

Gary reviewed "Balance Sheet Basics", using Autozone as an example. A high
quick ratio can indicate a company is cash rich.

David B. advised that a Computer Software Fare will be offered by BetterInvesting, Nov.
13. Full day of presentations.

VP Corner: Roger.
Presentations scheduled for tonight: Gary, Todd, Steve, Tom, John.
Dec: John, Peter.
Feb: Larry.

David B. reviewed our stock board. Asked for recommendations from everyone
for purchases for tonight. David highlighted which stocks were "buys" or
"holds." Also highlighted percent of holdings in our portfolio.
We have $2390 to spend this evening.
Key stocks reviewed: Andrew, Autozone, Clayton Homes, Diebold, Gillette,
Watson.
Each member shared their non-binding opinion on where to put our money.

Tom reported that everyone had submitted checks for this month.

A motion to spend half on Gillette and half on Andrew was seconded.
Received 45% of the vote. Motion did not carry.

Larry submitted a motion to put everything in Gillette. Tom seconded. The
motion carried.

David B. made a motion to sell all of Andrew. Motion seconded and carried.

There was a motion to put all of the money from Andrew into Watson. Motion
seconded and carried.

Meeting adjourned.
