Diversity Investment Group Minutes of the Meeting

December 3, 2003

In attendance: Andy Bain, Holly Deveny, Larry Corse, Russ Douglas, Ron Kozak, Todd Fibus, Jennifer Mullins, Satish Shah, David Robinson, Roger Drury

Absent: Tom Saunders-proxy given to Todd F., Vreni Ludin, David Jones, David Brodeur-proxy given to Todd F.

Minutes from November Meeting were approved.

Andy B. presented treasurer’s report, done by Tom S.

The unit valuation as of 11/30/03 was $20.83. The money on hand to spend tonight is $1,831.

Andy B. presented DIG Board done by David B.

Members were canvassed about the stocks they were interested in investing tonight. After discussion a motion was made to split the money available, to invest between two companies, Cardinal Health-CAH and Pfizer-PFE.  Other group members carried the motions

Presentations:

Todd Fibus presented Home Depot-HD, which is a company in the group’s portfolio.  There has been a %15 increase in revenue since last year.

Andy B. presented several companies including; Border’s- BGP, which was in the hold zone, Barnes and Noble-BKS, which was in the hold zone, Best Buy- BBY, which was in the hold zone, and Bed Bath & Beyond-BBBY, which was in the hold zone.

Presentations planned for next month will be by Jennifer M., Tom S. and David B.

Meeting was adjourned.
