In attendance: Andy Bain, Tom Saunders, Holly Deveny, Satish Shah, Russ Douglas, David Robinson, Roger Drury, Todd Fibus

Absent:  Jennifer Mullins-proxy given to Roger D., Larry Corse,-proxy given to Andy B., David Brodeur,  David Jones, Vreni Ludin, Ron Kozak.

Russ D. submitted minutes from October 2003 meeting, which were approved.

Tom S. submitted treasurer’s report. The unit valuation was $20.69, which was a 6.4% increase from previous month. The money collected tonight was $ 1255.

A payment of $3300 will be made this month to Peter Carnell who is resigning from the club. $415 was left to spend.

Holly D. reviewed presentations schedules for the next few months.

Russ D. and David B. will present in December’s meeting.

Andy B. presented the DIG Board which had been sent out by David B..

Members were canvassed about their interests with the DIG Board and how to use funds on hand and collected tonight. After discussion and motions, members voted to hold funds and not buy any stocks because of recent payouts to resigning members.

Presentations:

David R. presented Walgreen Company, WAG, which is the nation’s largest drugstore operator. He found the company to be in the buy zone.

Tom S presented Gilead Sciences, Inc., GILD, which discovers and commercializes treatments for viral diseases. He found the company to be in the hold zone.

Satish Shah presented PepsiCo, Inc., PEP, which manufactures snacks and beverages. He found the company to be in the hold zone.

Holly D. presented Microsoft, Corp, MSFT; it is the largest maker of software. It is a company the club holds in its portfolio. The company is currently in a hold zone.
