Diversity Investment Group Minutes of the Meeting

August 6, 2003

In attendance: Satish Shah, Russ Douglas, Todd Fibus, Peter Carnell, and Vreni Ludin

Absent Jennifer Mullins, Tom Saunders, David Brodeur, Roger Drury, David Robinson, Andy Bain, Larry Corse, Holly Deveny, David Jones, Ron Kozak, Steve Shockley

Guest: Berra Gibbs

Minutes from July meeting were approved.

Vreni handed out treasurer’s report, which had been prepared by Tom Saunders.

Unit value was as of 07/31/03 was $19.02. The money collected tonight was $1255.

Steve Shockley submitted a memo announcing his resignation from the investment club as of this month’s meeting.

It was decided to adjourn the meeting early, based on no presentations and low attendance of tonight’s meeting (summer vacations). The funds collected tonight will be held until September meeting, when more members will be present and business can be conducted in usual manner.
