In attendance: Steve Shockley, David Brodeur, Andy Bain, Roger Drury, David Robinson, Russ Douglas, Jennifer Mullins, Satish Shah.

Absent: Peter Carnell, Larry Corse, Holly Deveny, Todd Fibus, David Jones, Ron Kozak, Vreni Ludin, Tom Sanders.

Visiting member: Kiesha Rose-1^st meeting

David Brodeur presented moment of inspiration. He also reviewed the treasurer’s report. The unit valuation as of 02/28/03 was $15.86. The funds available to invest tonight were $1250.

David also presented the DIG Board, which was reviewed by members. After some discussion a motion was made to invest tonight’s available funds into Microsoft. The motion was seconded and passed by the other members.

Andy Bain presented Illinois Tool Works, Inc, ITW. This company manufactures components and fasteners for automotive, construction, and general industrial applications; specialty products; machinery and related consumables for automotive, construction, and food and beverage, and general industrial markets.  He provided SSG, PERT, and Ratio Analysis and found the company to be in the BUY zone.
