Diversity Investment Group Minutes of the Meeting

November 6, 2002

In attendance: Tom Saunders, Vreni Ludin, Roger Drury, David Robinson Jennifer Mullins, Peter Carnell, Satish Shah, Mike Wall, Russ Douglas, Todd Fibus, David Brodeur, Steve Shockley, Andy Bain.

Absent: Larry Corse (gave proxy to Roger D), Holly Deveny (gave proxy to Peter Carnell)

Guests: Silke Schmidt and Scott Tolsma

Minutes from October meeting were approved.

Tom Saunders presented the treasure’s report and monthly valuation statement. The money on hand as of October 31,.2002  was $1472.07. The unit valuation was 14.53, an 11% increase from last month. The money collected tonight was $1250.

Presentations:

Peter Carnell presented ITT Educational Services, which is a provider of technical post-secondary degree programs. This was found to be in the Hold Zone. This company was discussed and compared with Devry Inc. and Apollo Group, which are other educational services companies.

David Brodeur presented the DIG Board for members to consider which companies they want to invest.

DIG members discussed various companies which were in the BUY zone.

A motion was made to invest tonight’s funds into Adobe. This motion was seconded and approved by a majority of members.

Next meeting is December 4, 2002.
