In attendance: Andy Bain, Roger Drury, Tom Saunders, Vreni Ludin, Mike Wall, Ron Kozak, Larry Corse, Steve Shockley, Jennifer Mullins, Satish Shah, David Brodeur, Peter Carnell.
Absent: Todd Fibus (proxy given to Tom Saunders), Holly Deveny (proxy given to Tom. S.), David Robinson (proxy given to Roger Drury)
Visitor: Andy Ditzler and Bruce Black
The minutes were approved from last month.
Tom presented this month’s valuation; on hand tonight was $1701. Funds collected tonight from members were $1452.76.
David Brodeur presented the Dig Board.
Roger Drury presented RHI SSG since it was in the “buy zone”. Discussion about this company followed his presentation.
DIG members were canvassed about their interests.
An initial motion was made to sell ADC. This motion was discussed, but did not passed.
Another motion was made to sell ADC and put proceeds into PFE and TYC. This was also discussed, but not passed.
A third motion was made to sell ADC and put the proceeds, along with tonight’s funds on hand and collected into PFE and ADP. The members discussed and carried this motion.
Presentations: Roger presented International Game Technologies IGT, which was in the buy zone.
Next Meeting is scheduled for August 7, 2002.
