David Brodeur gave moments of inspiration
The minutes were approved for last month.
Tom reviewed the Dig Valuation Statement. The unit value is
$17.129 as of Feb. 28, 2002.
Money was approved to pay Tom for the 1065 Tax Form program.
Holly Deveny developed a SSG presentation sign up list. Members were asked to sign up for 2 presentations during the upcoming year.
Elections-
Nominations were presented which were seconded for the following
positions.
President- Andy Bain
Vice President- Holly Deveny
Treasurer- Tom Sanders, Assistant Treasurer- Vreni Ludin
Secretary-Russ Douglas, Assistant Secretary-Steve Shockley
Guest presentation- Satish Shah talked about his interest in
becoming a DIG member
Members voted to accept his request for membership.
David Brodeur presented the DIG Board to canvas members' interest.
Companies in the "buy zone" were ADCT, ADP, BAC, CAH,
MSFT, TECH, TYC, WPI.
A motion was made to put tonight's money on hand into Techne.
The group passed this motion.
Holly Deveny presented a comparison of Pfizer and Schering-Plough
Steve Shockley presented a SSG on Centex Corp., which was not
in the "buy zone"
Andy Bain presented a comparison of Barr, Watson, and Pfizer.
He also presented a "Mutual Fund Comparison Summary Form".
The meeting was adjourned.
