The minutes were approved from Sept 2001.
Tom reviewed the valuation statement, the current holdings and spread sheets. There was $1631 to spend tonight. The total amount in checks collected was $1745.
Brian Alexander has resigned and his payout will occur in mid-November after the valuation at the end of October.
Presentations tonight were by Todd Fibus and Tom Saunders.
Andy reviewed the DIG Board and members were canvassed for their interest. A motion was made to buy Techne. This motion was carried.
Todd presented EMC Corporation. EMC designs, manufactures, markets, and supports high performance storage products and provides related services for mainframe and computing systems.
