Inspirational Moments:
Mike Wall….Kiplinger Letter says Clayton Homes is due for a turn-around. ADC Telecom is in a position to take off due to DSL/Copper wire wars. No ETA on when this could happen.
Holly Deveny….Shared a prayer.

Minutes were approved for last month's meeting.

We have proxies from David Jones, Andy Bain, Todd Fibus and Ron Kozak.

Treasurers report..Tom shared a copy of the April E-Trade Statement.

Tonight we have $1,642 to spend.
We collected: $2,005 this evening.

Tom reviewed the evaluation statement. End of May total holdings are $73,912.

VP Corner…..Presentations: Next month: David Brodeur, John Brock.

Due to July 4th falling on a Wednesday, we need to reschedule our meeting.

David B reviewed the portfolio and who is covering which stocks.
David also reviewed the Analysts Report. David needs more info on ADBE from David Jones.
Need to hear more about FNM soon.

Discussion of how often analysts should do SSGs on their stocks.

David B shared the DIG Board.

John advised that ACD Telecom is restructuring, getting rid of debt, cutting employees. Actions are well received. Not profitable for next quarter or two. In a good position.

David B talked about ITW….covered it in an SSG several months ago. They manufacture plastsics, food service equipment, automotive, etc. David updated the SSG on them based on recent earnings report. Revenues are flat. Showing a projected 13% earnings growth in his SSG.
Current price of $69 is in the BUY zone. BUY up to $70.5.

DIG members casts their "votes" on additional investments.

Steve presented PepsiCo. Inc. Gave visual aids of #1 products held by Pepsi: Aquafina, Gatorade, Mountain Dew, Lays chips…and Starbucks Frappuccino. They got out of the restaurant business.
Their revenues have been up and down. They are bringing out other products too to complete with Sprite.
Current price of $44.60 is a BUY. Buy up to $45.45.

Mike presented Americredit Corp. They finance auto loans. First auto loan in 1991. 26 consecutive successful quarters.

Get a higher interest rate than banks….they service a lot of people the banks wont touch. They are #1 in what they do but only have 5% of their market. Their biggest competitor has pulled out of the market.
They have a successful method for determining who will and will not be able to pay their loans. They finance recent model used cars only for people who may not be able to get loans elsewhere.
Historical Rev Growth: 75%.
Est. Future Rev Growth: 26%.
Hist EPS Growth: 44%.
Est Future EPS Growth: 25%.

Current price of $51.45 is a BUY. Buy up to $52.27.

Tom advised that the mgr said that July 5th,, 9th, 16 or 18. We will meet July 5th for our next meeting.

Motion to put all of tonight's money into Intel carried.

$2,005 to spend next month.
