Discussion of proxies…..Are emailed proxies OK? Consensus was yes. The motion to amend the bylaws to use a printed email proxy was approved.

David B. would like to do another paper SSG class at his house. David B will send out an email to float some ideas for dates.
Russ volunteered to be the analyst for Cardinal Health.
David B. reviewed the DIG board.

David B discussed the use of the Analyst report.On the web site. You need to fill in the blanks on the Analysts Report if you are an analyst.
David showed an exploded pie chart showing portfolio by sector.

Motion to spend everything on ADCT telecom was seconded and unanimously approved.

They make electrical contact parts and components (for buildings,
equipment, autos, etc.)
17%- 18% growth rate projected from Motley Fool.
All indicators going up year-after-year: EPS, Revenue, Oper.
Income, Cash Flow, Dividends.
Current price of $21.06 is in the BUY zone. Buy up to $27.21.
We collected $1,525 tonight.
John announced that he has accepted a job in Asheville, NC. Leaving the third week of July. It will be a two year commitment. John and Brian would like to continue to be a member of DIG if possible.
