In attendance: Ron Kozak, David Jones, Russ Douglas, Brian Alexander, John Brock, Steve Shockley, Tom Saunders, Peter Carnell, David Brodeur, Holly Deveny

Absent: Michael Wall, Tom S. has proxy. Vreni Ludin, Tom S. has proxy. Todd Fibus, Tom S. has proxy. David Robinson, Peter C. has proxy. Roger Drury, Peter C. has proxy.

Holly D. chaired the meeting in Andy B. absence.

The minutes were approved for last month.

There were visitors: Marcia Ratka, Hal Lee, Evert deKoch

Tom reviewed the DIG Valuation Statement. The unit value is $19.40 as of Feb. 28, 2001.

There was $1,408.00 to spend tonight.

A new office of Membership Director was discussed. David Jones volunteered for this position.

Holly Deveny developed a SSG presentation sign up list. Members were asked to sign up for 2 presentations during the upcoming year.

David Brodeur proposed a training class on preparing a basic SSG. This would be especially helpful to new members but also be open to all the members. The class will be held Tuesday, March 20, 2001, at 7:30 pm, at his house. He will send out directions of where this is located.

David Brodeur talked about the need to reassign the analyst role for CAH.

Holly Deveny presented a SSG on ADM - Archer Daniels Midland. She noted that she used Quicken.com, which was useful in screening the stock using BetterInvesting guidelines. This was found under "investment strategies". The stock ADM, however was found not be in the "buy zone".

David Brodeur presented ITW - Illinois Tool Works. This was found to be in a "buy zone".

Steve Shockley presented a SSG on SYMC - Symantec Corp. This company was found to be in a "buy zone".

Holly D. took a canvass of stocks the members would be in interested in buying.

A motion to buy ADCT was made and seconded to spend tonight's funds on ADC Telecom.

The meeting was adjourned.
