Annual Verification Report

To protect the partners' investment club accounts from possible misappropriation and to ensure adequate and accurate records of your investment club's transactions, BetterInvesting recommends clubs appoint a committee of club members to verify the accuracy of the club's records each year. This task should be performed during the first two or three months of each new year.

[If your club carries the Fidelity Bond available from BetterInvesting, this verification should be completed by March 31 each year. The report of the club verification committee should be signed by all members of the committee and filed with the club secretary as a part of the minutes of the April, or earlier, meeting. DO NOT RETURN THIS FORM TO BetterInvesting. Your Fidelity Bond requires this report be available for inspection. Claims under the Fidelity Bond must be filed within one year of the loss.]
