Minutes of the Meeting, November 4, 1998


Members present: Danny Bohlman, John Brock, David Brodeur, Larry

David Robinson, Tom Saunders, Steve Weintraub, Randy Wilbur.

Proxies were in hand from Monty Schuth, Gary Kaupman and Miguel 
Molina.

John Stowe and Kamlesh Desai are being bought out this month.

Note: We currently have 20 members, so there's room for several 
more if you know interested people.

The new version of STB Stock Analyst will be available to 
download off our website. To install it you'll need some 
passwords, which you can get privately from David Brodeur.

New companies presented:
Roger presented a comparison of four trucking companies.
David B. presented AFLAC.

The club voted to invest $1,000 in Clayton Homes.
