Subject: Minutes of DIG Meeting 1/7/98

   All members were present except: Clarissa, Larry, Jeff, Bobby, Leon &
   Steve.
   All members were timely with contributions, except Larry.
   Bruce Griffeth resigned from the club, He will get his distribution in
   February.
   The minutes of the last meeting were approved.
   Three new members were voted into the club:  Danny Bohlman, Kamlesh
   Desai, & Ron Kozak.  This returns the club to our maximum of 25 members.
   Two other guests were present: Roger Drury (2nd time), and Randy Taylor
   (1st time).
   David announced that the tax software was purchased.
   Our annual audit was scheduled for 1/13/97.
   David will have a class at his home on Wed 1/21 at 7:30, on PERT &
   Computer SSG's.
   Gary will create and update a monthly spreadsheet with all our stocks,
   to show the diversity of our portfolio.
   Elections for officers will be held next month.  Everyone should
   consider running for President, VP, treasurer or secretary, and get
   nominations (or yourself or others) to David.  We also need an assistant
   treasurer.
   Analysts reports were done on the following:  Nike, Ionics, 3Com,
   Clayton Homes, Autozone, ADP, Andrew, Adobe, Techne & Nature's Sunshine.
   With $1950 to invest, the club voted to spend half on Ionics, and half
   on Autozone.
   Assignment to present next month:  Jeff, Kamlesh & Monte.
