Minutes of Diversity Investment Group for August, 1997

Minutes of the last meeting were approved.

The treasurer's report was distributed.  This included DIG cash-on-hand
and account balances for each member.
Capital Contributions were collected.  (Don't forget to make the check
payable E*Trade Securities, and the DIG account number placed in the
memo area.)

The VP tendered his resignation.  Discussion was tabled until next month
for replacement.

Gary Kaupman discussed possible formats for future meetings.

New members were voted in and the membership agreement was passed around
for them to sign.
The new members are Holly Deveny, Sabrina Young, Steve Weintraub, Kyle
Bond, and ??? 
Membership is now at 25.  John Brock might be 26.

concerned over PE Ratio.  Phil will watch stock
Holly Deveny - Flour Corp, in buy zone,

A motion was made, and passed, to buy $1000 of stock in each of Adobe
and Clayton Homes.
